The quarterly visit checks and refreshes those stations, and if you see activity between visits, the re-service is free. We use tamper-resistant stations and eco-friendly products throughout, and the exterior work is most of the job; we only go inside if the mice already have.

Mice push toward a heated garage or house as soon as it turns cold, typically starting in October and running through the coldest months. A two-flat with an older, less sealed foundation tends to see activity earlier in the fall than a newer, tighter house would. Once the seal is fixed and the runway is baited, most Oak Park properties are quiet again within one or two visits.
