Clae started in Forest Park in 2021 with one idea: the people showing up at your door should be the same people every time, not whoever a dispatcher had free that morning. Same technicians, same trucks, the same phone number, visit after visit. That consistency is most of what a pest control company actually is, once you take the marketing off it.
It is a people company before it is a chemical company. The work depends on someone walking the property, noticing what is actually there, and explaining it in plain language rather than reading off a checklist. A technician who texts ahead to confirm, moves a visit without a fuss, and tells you what they found and what they are watching next time is doing most of the job right there.
The products are chosen with a house full of people and pets in mind, and the standard quarterly visit is exterior only unless you ask for something more. Most of the work happens outside, around the property, before anything gets anywhere near where you actually live.

We have been very pleased with Clae Pest Control. Robby is particularly great to work with. Not only is Robby personable and friendly, he is very knowledgeable and has many tricks up his sleeve. He also has followed up to make sure that his services are working appropriately which has been such a relief. Communication is also fantastic, and they can text to confirm/change appointment times. 100% would recommended.
Great experience so far. Called due to hearing some sounds in the wall of our old OP house. Fast and responsive, did a thorough inspection, no high pressure sales. They didn't find definite evidence of mice, and even though I offered to just pay for service they insisted on putting out baits for free to see if I actually needed anything. The baits have caught a mouse so will be having them come back for full service.
