• HOW IT WORKS
Free inspection, a real quote, then a plan that mostly happens outside.
Three steps, the same technician on repeat visits, and a plan that runs mostly on the outside of the house while you are at work.
01
Free Home Inspection
A technician walks the property and tells you what's actually there, not what a standard package assumes. No charge, no obligation, and a number you can act on the same day if you want to.
02
Personalized Quote
The quote is built off what the inspection found: the size of the property and what's already active, not a one-size price. It covers the plan going forward, quarterly by default, monthly if that fits better.
03
World-Class Service
Same technicians and the same trucks, visit after visit, so whoever comes out already knows the house. If something turns up between visits, re-service is free.
The first visit is the heavy one
The first visit does the most in one pass, on purpose: a full exterior barrier, interior treatment wherever the inspection found something, nests knocked down, webs cleared. It is clearing out what is already established before the quarterly schedule takes over.
About 30 days later we come back. That timing is not arbitrary; it lines up with the egg cycle of what was treated the first time, so the generation that survived the first visit does not get a chance to establish. After that, it is quarterly, exterior only unless you ask for more, with free re-service any time something turns up in between.
• EIGHT ROOMS
Every room has its own pests, its own season, and its own fix.
The same eight rooms from the house tour. Take the tour for the full what-you-see, what-we-see story on any of them.
Eaves
Wasps and hornets, carpenter bees, spiders, box elder bugs
Wasps at the porch light and a paper nest under the gutter usually trace back to an open soffit vent. We knock the nest down, treat the void, and seal the gap so next year’s queen does not pick the same spot.
Take the tourBedroom
Bed bugs, spiders, silverfish
Bites in a line or a dark spot on the mattress seam call for an inspection first, not a guess. We treat the harborage in the box spring and headboard, then come back inside the egg cycle so the second generation never hatches.
Take the tourGarage
Mice and rats, spiders, crickets, sow bugs
Droppings by the side door usually trace to a quarter-inch gap under the overhead door seal. We close the gap and put bait on the wall run mice actually use, not the open floor.
Take the tourLiving Room
Box elder bugs, spiders, odorous ants, centipedes
Box elder bugs on the sunny window in October are overwintering in the wall behind it. We treat that exterior wall before they move in, and vacuum rather than spray if they already have.
Take the tourFoundation
Carpenter ants, argentine ants, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs
A few ants on a sill can mean mulch touching the siding or a hairline crack at the slab: doorways you would never notice. The quarterly barrier, three feet up and three feet out, covers all of it.
Take the tourKitchen
Odorous ants, argentine ants, roaches, oriental roaches
Ants on the counter are the end of a trail that starts outside. We bait so workers carry it back to the colony and seal the entry; nothing gets sprayed on your counters.
Take the tourYard
Mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, wasps
Mosquitoes at dusk and a tick on the dog both trace back to specific spots: standing water, tall grass at the fence line. We treat the resting spots directly with pet-safe products.
Take the tourBasement
Mice, centipedes, silverfish, oriental roaches, sow bugs
A centipede on the floor usually means moisture at the sump and something smaller for it to eat. We handle exclusion at the vent and sill, then talk through the dehumidifier if that is the real fix.

The technicians are the reason people stay.
We have been very pleased with Clae Pest Control. Robby is particularly great to work with. Not only is Robby personable and friendly, he is very knowledgeable and has many tricks up his sleeve. He also has followed up to make sure that his services are working appropriately which has been such a relief. Communication is also fantastic, and they can text to confirm/change appointment times. 100% would recommended.
Great experience so far. Called due to hearing some sounds in the wall of our old OP house. Fast and responsive, did a thorough inspection, no high pressure sales. They didn't find definite evidence of mice, and even though I offered to just pay for service they insisted on putting out baits for free to see if I actually needed anything. The baits have caught a mouse so will be having them come back for full service.
Clae Pest Control is exceptional! They responded quickly, their team was knowledgeable and friendly, and their eco-friendly treatment effectively resolved my pest issue. Their transparent pricing and helpful prevention tips made the entire experience hassle-free. I highly recommend Clae Pest Control for top-notch service!
I am extremely happy with the service I received from Clae Pest Control. Robby is very professional, thorough, and friendly. I also received a detailed account of the services provided, and he arrived on time. The product really works, I no longer have problems with ants and spiders, all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
